understandable to be fare it is just the first ep usually romcomes like this have a hooking shtick they tend to use for a few ep and then start to have romantic progress i think its starting to be more easy repetitive is because this is what the 5th 6th this kind of romcome anime for the 2nd anime season in a row so its not fresh anymore much like what every main lead being and annoying tsundere in the animes from the 2016ish where every 2nd anime over used those tropes well see when we get to the golden 3 ep rull to judge if i should watch it to the end or not i tend to give myself every show if it hooks me from ep 1

i mean the manga only have reach 20s chapters so unless they changed somethin i dont think its gonna be too bad
